Sanam Advisory is the advisory arm of Jash Holding Group, a Saudi family group based in Riyadh. We are a Saudi-led alternative to the global consultancies: close to the institutions we serve, and accountable for what we deliver. We advise ministries, national programmes and Saudi organisations across seven domains aligned with Vision 2030: Education, AI & Digital Transformation, PMO & National Delivery, Healthcare, Tourism, Defence, and Agriculture & Food Security.
Digital-Native Advisory Sanam Advisory is built as a digital-native advisory firm — AI-enabled across research, analysis, and delivery from day one. This allows us to bring international rigour at pace, while remaining embedded in the realities of Saudi institutions.
Executive Education with Carnegie Mellon University Through our partnership with Carnegie Mellon University, Sanam Advisory delivers executive education and leadership development programmes for Saudi institutions. Olaf Peter Schleichert leads Sanam Advisory as Chief Executive Officer. He brings more than 25 years in strategy and institutional transformation, including a decade directing delivery programmes across the GCC.

He lectures at European and regional universities, including the Hasso Plattner Institute.

Our network

Our engagements draw on senior advisors with board and executive experience in the Kingdom’s public and private institutions. Faculty from Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University, the German University of Digital Science and the Hasso Plattner Institute contribute to our executive education and applied research.
