About Us

Anchored in the Kingdom.

Built for Vision 2030

Enabling Vision 2030 success through strategy, execution, and capability building.
Who we are

Strategic Advisory for National Transformation across seven domains aligned with Vision 2030.

Sanam Advisory is a Saudi-led strategic advisory firm and part of Jash Holding (since 1976). We support institutions across the Kingdom in strategy, execution, and capability building, in alignment with Vision 2030.
Digital-Native Advisory Sanam Advisory is built as a digital-native advisory firm — AI-enabled across research, analysis, and delivery from day one. This allows us to bring international rigour at a speed and cost structure that legacy consultancies cannot match, while remaining embedded in the realities of Saudi institutions.
Executive Education with Carnegie Mellon University Through our partnership with Carnegie Mellon University, Sanam Advisory delivers executive education and leadership development programmes for Saudi institutions. We translate world-class academic depth into practical capability for the leaders driving Vision 2030

  • National Ownership
Saudi-led delivery that builds institutional strength within the Kingdom.
  • Excellence in Execution
Structured governance, clear milestones, measurable outcomes.
  • Capability Transfer
Knowledge that stays in client teams, not in consultant reports.

Leadership

Olaf Peter Schleichert

Chief Executive Officer

Olaf built Sanam Advisory within Jash Holding to bridge the gap between global consulting standards and the Kingdom’s unique transformation needs. With over 25 years of experience in strategy and institutional transformation, including a decade leading delivery programmes across the GCC, he brings deep expertise in bridging international consulting standards with regional transformation needs.

Prior to founding Sanam, Olaf led complex transformation initiatives for government ministries and PIF entities, delivering billions in programme value while building institutional capabilities that outlasted external advisory support.

He holds advanced degrees in strategy and organisational development, and maintains active partnerships with leading global universities to ensure Sanam’s methodologies reflect international best practices adapted to regional context.Capability transfer embedded in every engagement.
